You wouldn't think so, but most merchant account providers seem
to work against you, and, at the first sign of what looks like "trouble" - ie, a customer making charges
against you - rush to press
the button that freezes your funds, while they get to the bottom of it over
the next 180 days. This common story can be crippling!
No, the end user is not always right. Sometimes they're downright
dishonest... In their little world of scarcity, they
